As a first time buyer, I've had a very good experience from making an offer all the way to completion. Their staff is professional and helpful. Communication is very key during a house purchase or house sale and in my case this was very good. The sale progressor, in my case Shane, was always replying to my emails withing a day or two, sometimes even hours (!).The solicitors (Cook Taylor Woodhouse) that were recommended by the agency were also very good with communications and getting things done very quickly. The mortgage advice bureau, in my case Dave was very helpful and I wouldn't have gotten a good deal without his help.My first house purchase experience couldn't have been better thanks to the agency and everybody involved. I thought things would take a little longer but to my surprise it took just under 4 months ever since making an offer before I was able to pick my keys up (and that included the Christmas time off, sorting out mortgage, searches etc.)
