I first met Rafike when I needed a valuation of my house. A lot of estate agents didnt want to bother but Rafike came round and gave us a valuation. His willingness to invest his time with us made it easy for me, 2 years on, to go back to him for selling the house. Rafike, Esther and the rest of the team gave us fair and honest advice, provided an efficient service, safely navigated us through inevitable challenges and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
I am saddened that this branch has so much positive feedback as my husband and I had a bad experience with them and I wish we could have have something nice to say. We was purchasing a house though Greyfox which sadly fell through a few weeks before we were due to exchange. Poor communication, reluctance to work with our estate agents as they "didn't like them" and when we got fed up of waiting for updates and considered finding another property, we were told that there was someone else they would have prefered to sell to anyway. I found them really unprofessional.
We recently purchased our new home through Greyfox in Rainham and have been very impressed with the service received from all of the staff but especially Esther. She was not only professional but very friendly even when I asked for more than the usual number of viewings. I have already recommended them to a friend who is hoping to move in 2019.
