Dear Sam, (Purple Properties)I believe you might remember me, i am Mr. P from Twydall Green.Unfortunately your tenants from 2 of your properties in Twydall Green are not putting their refuge, rubbish bags out on the right day in the right place!!!!They have been putting their garbage out on the front door for EVERYONE to put up with.I have been in touch with the council because of matter relating to the refuge that has NOT been disposed of correctly. There have been mice, cats, foxes even RATS eating their way through the bin bags and into our homes, mainly due to the Kebab shop and their rotten meat, not being disposed of properly.Your staff has clearly NOT been attending the quarterly walk rounds / check ups, as the rubbish have been building up fop months.The correct day to put rubbish out for the dustmen is on a Monday night / early Tuesday morning, otherwise the dustmen will not be able to collect their refuge for yet ANOTHER week, it needs to be put out on the pavement outside the Kebab shop in Twydall Green.This is an on going thing with your office, i had hoped you were on top of it the last time round, but it looks like things are slacking again.Do you think you could take the time to send one of your staff round to asses the refuge, take photo graphs and get back to me what you have seen and what you are going to do about it.RegardsMr P.
