From the very first moment every member of the team gave outstanding service. Darren valuation and Rachels photos gave us 6 viewings in the first week and we sold at the asking price in six days.Despite having a solicitor and conveyencer Dawn ably assisted by Rachel kept us udated almost daily. They took it upon themselves to chase and follow up every step of the way through, what became a very trying sale.Lack of proactivity from solicitors left us in despair as we were buying overseas and had a strict deadline. Had we not met the deadline we wwould have lost a deposit of 25k.Dawn in particular never rested as she she assertivly approached people not doing their jobs and in fact going out on her own time to deliver documents and make sure that they got where they should be.Had it not been for Dawn Pollard and her wonderful team we would have never have got to the conclusion of our business dead on time.We cannot find the words to say how much hard work dedication and real passion went into the service we recieved.
