This is the one surgery where from Reception staff to GPs are really friendly and professional. Dr Rahim in particular is amazing with children and very thorough.
Amazing surgery. Always helpful and very kind pleasant reception staff on yellow suite where I am a patient. All Doctors I've even seen there have been very understanding and considerate . Dr D' Bie was extremely professional, empathetic and thoughtful when I was so poorly recently that I couldn't actually make it into the surgery and rang me by arrangement. Im on the mend now and feeling so privileged to have such a wonderful medical/health clinic.
Cannot agree with the previous negative reviews! The only fault to this doctors is that it is very over subscribed, so they are often late seeing you for appointments - but this is much the same for every doctors in Medway, as there are not enough doctors to see the amount of patients and citizens we have (much like our schools and hospitals policies, they keep building more houses, but no more of these!). I see Dr Neubaur, and he is absolutely brilliant. He never rushes you, he will happily sit and listen to you for half an hour, refer you to whomever is needed, prescribe you or not prescribe you depending on what is needed. I have seen other doctors at this practice, but it is him I would recommend personally. The nurses and staff are all very kind and lovely and helpful. Although the "self service" check-in has been broken for a few years now! ha.I have fibromyalgia so I have to have a lot of medication on a regular basis, and they have never messed up my prescription and are always quick about processing it. They also have the online booking / ordering process which I find much better than phoning up, and reserve phoning up for emergencies only.
Sorry can't agree with previous negative reviews, I have been a patient here for about 20 years or so, I have never had any problems and in fact staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The doctors are all nice and I feel listened to and respected as a patient. I've just had occasion to request an emergency prescription which was done more or less immediately and I am more than happy with the surgery. It is sometimes hard to book a routine appointment but this is a busy practice and they are doing a great job in the face of adversity!
after 10 phone calls and it ring ring ring and you get an operator saying "sorry there is no reply " and you have hang up and call again ! hour 20 mins on phone, the organisation at this doctors surgery is abominable
