Not sure why I pay NI for, after trying to get an appointment and failing it made me wish I could use that money for private healthcare!!!
My husband sat here from 9.30am till 3pm and nobody saw him kept saying he had 3.people in front but they were seeing kids and ignoring the fact he had to collect our children from school and car park run out too ridiculous service and now he had to suffer as left to collect our kids. Disgusting thanks for nothing...
Walk in centre had over 4 hour wait, lack of seating in waiting area people sat on floor, needed a clean and no visible hand sanitizing facilities in a room full of coughing children and adults. Certainly feel if I wasn't I'll before getting here I will be on leaving
The receptionist are really bad. when you call they don't answer the phone so when I went in there I tested them I was watching them as I was calling them at the same time and they didn't answer the phone because they was to busy chatting and laughing among themselves absolutely disgusting.
Yes ofc there is a wait as it is a walk in service but the receptionist is nice and gives good info and the doctor I saw was lovely! Definitely would go again. I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. It is a great walk in service
