Receptionists make up for the amount of time you have to wait on the telephone very polite and understanding.
Extremely rude, personal & unhelpful receptionists, obstructive & lacking in knowledge. Expect me to take a 95 year old woman with mobility problems & dementia to see the GP in the dark & cold when she required a home visit. Wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone. No conflict resolution training only infuse situation not diffuse them & very unhelpful.
I've called to the clinic and ask them for appointment.I was fainted yesterday,the lady just told me" take an Ibuprofen tablet and call back tomorrow"!
Best Dr's I've had. No fuss, no problems. May have to wait a few days for appointments etc. Receptionists are brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Recommend this practice to anyone.
