My 6 year old son was asked to stop using the blue inhaler and start using the brown inhaler for his severe chest infection and wheeze, there was no improvement after using the brown inhaler for nearly two weeks, therefore I had to take him to the A and E Medway hospital, the paediatric doctor was surprised to hear that the Gp wanted to stop the blue inhaler and start the brown one instead of asking us give him both.I was asked to make a complaint , anyhow since I didn't have any blue inhalers left at home I had to request by filling in a a repeated prescription, i was again given a brown one , second time I had to leave note specifically asking for a blue inhaler, still I was given a brown one, finally I had to make an appointment and see the doctor and explain the situation, again very reluctantly I was given a blue inhaler, Gps at this surgery need to be assessed to see if they are actually qualified, they are dealing with human life, very poor service, I'm changing my Gp.

I personally never have an issue with the staff here, I think it provides a friendly exceptional service, however, once I saw Dr at the sunlight centre that appears to be judgemental when I saw him. I felt like I was wasting my time, so I just dont book my appointments to see him.. easy resolution. The rest of the staff there I feel are great.. thank you sunlight..

Really disappointed. Doctors havent got any experience. Been with two week old son and they just guessing what Is wrong with the baby , non of the doctors even look at the or check the baby. Really poor service. Avoid this surgery if you can. Should be closed or someone from NHS should go and check qualifications of the doctors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unhelpful staff and rude doctors. Did wrong refferal twice and can sirt it out about 8weeks. I keep calling and still anyone know anything.Long waiting time in walk in service. Some people were called in 10 mins while others was waiting 2hours.

They allow people to give blood for tests, then turn them out en masse onto the street with no food or juice or rest. Friend just passed out at the bus stop shortly after leaving the clinic. Please take better care of people- some might be anemic, need special care, etc. You should be providing juice packs, cookies, and a resting area on Thursdays.
