Poor customer service. If you have an issue you apparently have to speak to someone else despite the fact that the staff actually work there. Basically its not their problem.
Very clean, pool not too cold, wheelchair friendly and staff were very helpful. Good toilet and shower facilities plus the added bonus of lots of free hair dryers and mirrors which is definitely a must when you have long hair like me and are getting the bus home. Didn't have to worry about me and my daughter getting a chill due to wet hair.Lockers are only 1 and you get that back. Coat wise it is very cheap for everything you get, my daughter swam for free because she is under 16 and has a medway city card and I only paid 5.50 for me. Aged 60+ also swim for free with a medway city card.There are also lots of places to sit and watch your child if you choose not to swim with them.There is a baby pool which is lovely and warm, a pool that is 1 metre deep, a big adult pool with lanes and a pool with 3 diving boards.Changing rooms are very clean and there is a big disabled one with a shower and a shower seat. There is also a toilet in there with all the handles and bars that you might need to use if you struggle.
The gym-swim membership is quite cheap. The pool needs an update though and better changing rooms. The gym needs a deep clean and maintenance. The upstairs room could be used better, lots of unused corners. Otherwise people are friendly.
This place was very low on my place to be the pool is in need of a full renovation the staff need to have a personality transplant its almost like they hate not only the customers but each other!! Parking is a complete joke you have to pay and when you return back to your car its been damaged, speaking to staff about the damage I was advised this is Gillingscum what do you expect laughing as he went out for a cigarette
