Brand new tennis centre with excellent facilities. 3 x indoor courts and many outdoor plus indoor gym bar and restaurant. Staff are always friendly. Nice place!

POOR LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION AND KNOWLEDGE FROM STAFF. We have been constantly battling with Avenue Tennis from pricing to communication between coaches. We enrolled our daughter to the club as she suffered with self confidence and felt playing Tennis would help. She was having private lessons with an existing coach (who has now left). Communication in getting my daughter to get a new coach has been near impossible. The staff representing the club have limited knowledge about pricing and membership fees (I was waved an A4 sheet in my face to read about costs) The pricing changed three times in the space of 2 weeks, this was told to me from three different employees. We had a meeting with the Manager on 2 occasions, we were told that the club was sorry and were given free passes to use their facilities as well as 2 extra coaching sessions for my daughter with a new coach. Due to the nature of my daughters confidence (which the staff are aware about) we wanted her to meet her new coach, we arranged a time, once we got to the club for a meet, the coach was in lessons, again more apologies from the coach and club. Unfortunately this was the last time I wanted Avenue Tennis to apologise. After being with them for a year, this morning I handed back the free passes/lessons and cancelled my contract, to a certain degree, it feels good. The only person who has truly suffered here is my daughter. I would rather her go to a club that strives for their members to get somewhere, not only in the Tennis World but in life. The staff/coaches have no idea on what communication is and the representation for the club from employees is terrible.
