They delt very with the passing of my pet, cuddles were given to both of us and they do all they can to ease the pain of losing your furry pal.
Myself and my wife visited vets now Gillingham on the evening of 6:1:19, I must stress that the staff was helpful obliging and when had our girl examined nothing was too much trouble.Very professional I would certainly recommend any potential people that have dogs suffering wether it be morning or night, visit vets for now Gillingham, you wont be disappointed.
We had an excellent experience here when we took our dog as an out of hours emergency. The vet we saw, Peter, was professional, very caring and considerate. Very happy with our experience, albeit expensive, but to be expected as an emergency service. Highly recommended.
Sadly they were unable to save my dog TJ. They were taking care of he's cremation. Paid for and was told 7 to 10 days for the ashes to be returned to me. I called a couple of times to see if he was there to be collected. Fobbed off with lies. Since found out that 12 days later he's still at the vet waiting to be collected for the crematorium. Disgusting!! No care for your animal whatsoever after life. God only knows what poor care they give during life. So quick to take your money though. I will never use these again. People be warned!!
Just had to take my 9 month old Alaskan Malamute to see the vet after he decided to digest a highly toxic plant! We were looked after so well and can't thank Karen, who was on reception and looked after us the whole way through, enough she is a star. Thanks Karen x
