I joined the PDSA in gillingham in august/September after having a very bad experience from another vets and since I've been taking my dog there we are both extremely happy with the whole service. The staff/vets are kind and polite and very helpful. My dog is getting excellent care from PDSA and is getting on very well. The surgery and rooms are also very clean and tidy.
Very easy to find and get to with enough parking for visiting pet owners. The hospital operates as PDSA during the day and hosts VetsNow for out of hours emergencies. The locum staff for VetsNow were knowledgeable, caring and friendly.
Helping poorly animals when no one else would give them a chance... they deserve nothing less than a 5* rating for all of the brilliant work they do... Thank You

This was a sad day for me when I went there.My beloved dog I knew was dying and expected it would be put to sleep he.The staff were very sympathetic and professional. As expected, there was nothing they could do and he had to be put down, he was dying of old age something that can't be cured.I am so grateful for the PDSA for the kindness and concern shown for myself as well as my dog
