Great shop , great products & helpful staff. Would definitely recommend
Store is very small and poorly lit. It is also a mess with random stock everywhere in no logical order. The labels are difficult to read and not helpful. There were two staff members in the store which was very busy. The tanks were over filled with livestock meaning they could barely swim around. The selection of cold-water fish was very lacking. I was looking to buy a cold-water goldfish to live with my comet, when I eventually spoke to a member of staff he said the only fish he would be comfortable selling to me was a large fantail. It is a well known fact that single tails (especially fast ones like comets) should not be paired with fantails. I was also told that not all of their livestock was ready to be sold even though it was in a tank with livestock that is available, this made no sense to me. I left the store annoyed and disappointed as I went out of my way to go here and it was not at all what I hoped for. Will not be returning.
Find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly
Both members of staff on their mobile phones when I walked in and I was ignored. There were other customers in the shop who were also being ignored. And this is the first maidenhead aquatics i have been to that said they do not have any RO water ....... poor selection of live stock would not recommend this location at all.
