Nice hotel good choice of food both restaurant and bar Menu plenty of parking and several function rooms. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent prices for a stop over & even includes breakfast! This hotel seems quite popular with ex servicemen & women, As it was a Naffi originally. Rooms very clean & tidy - Pets allowed at no extra cost . Don't expect airs & Graces but great value .

First of all, really friendly staff. Checked out about half an hour late, and they didn't mind that much, printed out a ticket even when we couldn't find 10 pens on us, stored our bags for the day after check out.The room we got however, #801, was pretty bad. It was a very big room, but that's pretty much all the positives. All the mirrors were really low, the shower had a weird drain, the bathroom door didn't totally close (after someone fixed it, the door rail broke shortly after), because the bathroom door was on rails it couldn't lock, the beds are REALLY creaky (turning on the bed made an explosion of sound) which wouldn't be so bad, if our room wasn't connected to our neighbors who we didn't know. We could definitely hear each others sound as clear as day.The room was likely either a kids room or disabled people's room, and that wouldn't have been as bad if staff would've told us we were staying in a bit of a peculiar room, and in the best case compensated in a way. But we weren't told. So that messed up the first night a little bit. That being said, if you need to stay in a hotel close by a train station and/or a city, its an alright stay, if not a little outdated.

Really good value for money. Food was excellent and one gluten free menu was fulfilled efficiently. The staff were polite and friendly. Very festive atmosphere.

Would recommend this hotel. Food in the restaurant very good. Some rooms OK but there is an ongoing program of upgrading rooms.
