Reema Patel is a fantastic doctor! Always had a really good experience with her and will always request her when I have concerns with my children's health. She is very, very thorough in her examination.
I really don't think that this practice is actually worthy of one star. For the second time in 12 months I went to the doctors on a scheduled appointment to get a medical form completed. On both occasions either the office staff had not provided the form to the doctor or the doctor had lost or misplaced it. Absolutely rubbish
Most hopeless doctors you could hope to encounter. Twice i've had the first appointment of the day so I could get to work on time. Both times the doctor arrived 20 minutes after the first appointment time, strolls in like he don't give a damn by which time there's 4 or 5 people waiting. No wonder it's difficult to get an appointment when he's 4 appointments behind from first thing in the morning! Making an appointment is almost impossible. Don't allow you to book days ahead or even the next day, so you must ring on the morning. Got through as soon as it opened and was told fully booked for the day. How can that be if they don't weren't taking appointments the day before? Doctor isn't very helfpul when you do get to see him either, just suggests the most obvious treatment you could diagnose yourself (nurofen etc). Had illnesses for months and he's done nothing about it.
