Had an all day Breakfast. Poached eggs were really snotty and inedible and instead of the lovely pork sausage there was a large cheap bratwurst like thing that tasted more like bacon and was rather nasty.Quite a disappointment especially at those prices. I have never had to leave two eggs and a piece of toast ever!

This is the perfect M&S: intuitive layout, good ambience, good range of products and attractive displays. The food hall is also a good size. This may not be as vast as Bluewater but you can find what you need more easily and the ambience is, in my view, more pleasant, especially in the cafe.
Multi level M & S. There's an m&s food section, home wares, ladies, mens and kids clothing. Nice clean layout, usually service is good as you would expect from m&s.
This Marks and Spencers is definitely one of the best in the area. A wide variety of clothing for all ages and genders. It has good access to both levels with lifts, escalators and stairs. I'm pleased it has a good baby changing facility with a quiet room to feed your little one. It has toilets which cater for disabled people as well. Also the cafe and the food shop are great additions.
