Bought a new watch from Argos, the staff took their time set the date from their smartwatch, set it, moved the dial told me that it is ready, said thank you, they packed it in a bag which cost 10 pence and took it home. Thank yoy

Bought a tablet September 2017, worked well till just before New year, couldn't charge it anymore. Took it back they booked it to be repaired. After 2 weeks of waiting i got a phone call informing me it's ready to collect. When i arrived and the manager took out of the box you can clearly see the forgot to fit the back cover correctly, wasn't happy but the manager offered a replacement and a discount for the inconvenience caused, which was nice of him.
Great help from the lady on the jewellery counter. I was only buying a cheap holiday watch, but the service was as if i was spending hundreds. Thank you for the excellent service.
