Thing is I was quoted 100% more for exactly the same job between 2 Ford Main Dealers, Trust Ford Gillingham were just taking the piss! Quoted 150 part and 35 labour for the same job, replacing split surround on wearside wing mirror of Ford Focus 2015 zetec, whereas Haynes of Maidstone quoted 81.89 part and 12.80 labour for exactly the same job and I could wait for the Haynes job but had to book Trust Ford, people of Gillingham and Medway you are getting ripped off, plus they do not answer the phone and fail to call you back, will never use again, you are getting MUGGED OFF!! any nuff said but surprised a dealer can act like this
Bought a car in November...Bradley was our salesman. He was approachable, efficient, tailored the test drive to my needs, but also asked questions which allowed me to think about what I wanted and why. The car was even delivered to work around my work commitments so I couldnt fault the service. Would highly recommend.
