If I could give 1 star I would, the man and woman that work in there are super rude and ignorant! I asked what was in the chicken slice and was greeted with a sarcastic comment well chicken its self explanatory the pastries are soggy and stodgy and not to mention the cakes are tasteless. Do not recommend!
Bought some crusty rolls asked for one to be butterd as i just got some chips girl said that would be an extra charge, no worries but the roll was 25p and the charge for the marg (only on one side ) was 30p won't be going back..
Sorry but I have to put a 5 star , nothing wrong with anything in there shop , I order for me and my girlfriend bacon rolls there the best Ive ever had Also the friendliness in this place is amazing , always up for a chat and know our order of by heart Never wrong Dont understand the other reviews
I felt compelled to leave a review of this place after experiencing some of the worst service I've ever received.On entering the bakery I was confronted by a sour-faced couple who dismissed my greeting and asked what I wanted.I ordered two ham salad rolls, to which the lady responded by huffing and shaking her head, as if I was putting her out of her way.While she made the rolls, the gentleman grunted at me and asked for payment. I made a comment about the weather and was ignored.The lady returned and thrust the two rolls in my direction. They then both returned to the back of the shop without a thank you.If I could leave zero stars, I would; unfortunately Google does not permit this. On leaving the bakery I considered it may just have been an 'off day' for the these two, but reading through the other reviews, it appears I'm not alone. My advice is to purchase to purchase your bakery requirements elsewhere.
Horrible experience in here today. Came in with 2 excited children to see a shop full of cakes... obviously. Only for the miserable women serving to give dirty looks to the man working in there about us and rolling her eyes, made us feel very unwelcome. To top it off cakes were dry as sand !!!
