Worst Surgery of its Kind. First thing you will see is a racist reception lady who treats you on basis of your ethnicity. She is full of attitude, excuses and ego. On top she enjoys lying and does not listen to you at all. Then you meet the doctor atleast 20 to 30 mins late from your actual appointment time. All he will do is say "oh this is very common and happens all the time, we cant offer you much, there is nothing i can do about it". Then if you have any other problem, he will say " i only look at one problem at one appointment". Excuse me .. this problem is related to the other problem for god sake. Finally he says "am not going to write you a prescription even for a peracetamol as its available very cheap over the counter for just 16p per tablet, why dont you buy one yourself".Dear Railside surgery, read this very carefully. We are paying an excessive health surcharge to the government and not asking for health care for free unlike many here who are lazy enough to work and live on benefits. We expect service and good healthcare. This is both your professional and ethical duty. Even for the benefit claimants i feel sorry if they recieve such poor healthcare from your surgery. One piece of advise, either wear your boots and get back on track, or shut down. And i will appreciate if you can give some education to your reception lady. She needs it badly and also give her some vitamins so she has no excuse to be lazy. Vitamins are available over the counter.
