2 counters (shop till will take parcels/post also when it gets very busy) , new owners, service has improved a lot since, fairly quick even when busy.

Worst Post Office in Medway! Always a long queue with staff who are completely indifferent to customers. I dread having to collect my Parcelforce parcels left here!

The lady who dealt with our enquiry was absolutely amazing and we could not fault her very polite attitude and care for her customers

Often long queues, but friendly and helpful staff.Queues might be shorter if they were a bit less friendly!
