We moved with reliable removals on the 18th December 2018 and put our house contents into storage for nearly 3months prior. You can never get hold of anyone, their customer service is appalling. They promised a removal date and one of the trucks didnt show up until the next day so we had to take another day off work to accommodate them. They have also managed to lose 2 of our armchairs! Elizabeth one of the staff that you deal with there is rude and never communicates. The guys who delivered our furniture were lovely but no one has contacted us regarding our missing furniture! Elizabeth has said she would contact us but we have not heard anything from her! Decide for yourselves if you want to choose this company !!
We have used this company 3 times over many years (even when we moved abroad) and with all the logistics involved in that, based on their pricing, can-do attitude and the courtesy displayed by their removals team, I think they would be hard to beat. We moved out and then in over a 2-day period of torrential rain, very cold temperatures and strong winds and, despite the naturally obvious discomfort, they kept going, especially when the gazebo had to be reinstalled in the appalling weather conditions. All in all it was a positive experience, the removals team were a credit to the company and we highly recommending Reliable Removals as our first choice.
My sister was due to move today and Reliable cancelled, by e-mail, about one minute before they were supposed to turn up. To say we were furious doesnt come anywhere near the situation - having to legally vacate the house with no one to move my sisters effects!!!! To make matters a hundred times worse no one from management bothered to phone to apologise - in fact, no one called back at all. We were disgusted with the treatment we received and would not recommend Reliable to anyone. No stars.
Excellent service. The guys that carried out my move were courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful. They made the move very easy and smooth. Getting in touch with the office is a bit tricky - but it's well worth persevering.
