Made an order that took half hour longer than told to arrive. When it turned up there was part of the order missing. We phoned and told them and received a rude reply that we must have ordered wrong and they're busy and dont have the time to rectify it.

Arrived after an hour to be told small doner had been increased by 2 pounds, not on website. Cold and no chips arrived as ordered. Will not use again. Rude staff on phone also. Bad customer service.
