ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS !!!I have been trying since 2nd February (over 6 weeks) to get 2 keys cut for my Kia, I have been told they have to be ordered and so sent a text with the cars details as they requested and they said they would get back to me and never did. I chased them a week later as they had not come back to me, to find out the key blanks had not been ordered, and so I gave him the code of the blank from a key previously done for them to order them. Again I was told they would come back to me, but again no response so I called again a week later to be told the blanks had arrived and he would call on the Monday to arrange a time and date, but again no reply so I left it until the Friday because of the weather and called again and arranged for them to come on Monday the following week as they were busy moving units on the Friday and over the weekend, but again they did not arrive or call back, so the following day having finally had enough I called them again to find out what was going on, to get the response "It's only for 2 keys which isn't much for us, and I am busy with another job at the moment", I therefore asked him to give me a call today when it was convenient and texted through our address for a second time and he therefore had my number, and again surprise, surprise no returned call.So after over 6 weeks they have failed to attend for the job or even have the courtesy to communicate. Very unprofessional.I would therefore avoid and use someone else such a Blake security on Medway city estates.
