WAITING TIME ON HOLD ON THE PHONE IS 25 MINUTES IS MINIMUM. AND ALL OF SUDDEN SO CALLED THEIR FCUKED UP SWITCH BOARD SYSTEM HANGS UP ON YOU SO YOU WOULDNT WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THESE CLOWNS AGAIN, THEY NEVER REPLY TO PHONES. DISGUSTING NON EXISTINT SERVICE. THERE IS ONLY 1 PHONE LINE FOR A REASON CALLER REPELLENT. ALL THESE CLOWNS SHOULD BE SACKED INCLUDING THE MEDWAY COUNCIL HEAD MAN COS VERY CORRUPT SYSTEM IN THIS COUNCIL, THEY NEVER EVER REPLY YOUR EMAILS EITHER!!! IM TAKING WHOLE COUNCIL CLOWNS TO COURT.
