DO NOT UNDERSTAND why it changed because it has gone down hill. I loved this library at one point but since the Medway Council Hub has become involved there are always queues, the self help machine never works and the "library" staff seem to be hiding out at the back or playing around on a computer, they NEVER speak or DARE to help a customer!!! It's sad but a library should be encouraged to be used but separating out the areas/corners does not work either.
Long wait, staff in no rush, kept clean but staff let it down.
