Several solicitors at this branch. Wish I had never been. The Probate solicitor is a joke. Time to have any letters sent - over a month and with silly spelling and grammar mistakes that the most basic spell checker would pick up. Uses 2nd class regular mail. No ideas of costs up front. Rude. Unhelpful (not the receptionist but the probate solicitor). Do not recommend at all. Terrible experience overall, not professional in my opinion. As others have said. Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere.
Terrible service , waited two weeks for a call back to be told they only took cases that were not legal aid after I was told by legal aid that they did ! Rude and unhelpful!!!!!
I sadly cannot recommend for anyone spending their own money.
