i ordered 2 panels, they only delivered one. i have rang, emailed, gone on web chat - absolutely zero response - AVOID THIS COMPANY. If i don't get a response it'll end up in the small claims court. Who wants all that nonsense just to buy a bath panel!?
If I could rate this company with no stars I would!!!Do not use this company!!!The panel was nearly 250 including the fitting kit.I specified delivery date, never got a dispatched email so tried to chase them up. The phones have been disconnected and they didn't reply to an email until my wife sent it several times.The product arrived, bowed like a banana. Unusable! The fitting kit I had paid for was missing. This panel doesn't need acclimatising to my house, like the website suggests, it's knackered.Again I attempted contact the company. Phones disconnected and not replying to my emails.It's a wonder they are still in business.Please save your money and shop elsewhere.I now have a bent bath panel, no fitting kit, me reply and near on 250 lighter.
Tried to order a bath panel and was told to email Brendan. Emailed and emailed again but no response, tried phoning and the phone appears to be cut off. Glad I checked on here before pursuing this further, will take my business elsewhere. Shame this company is allowed to operate like this.
I purchased a bath panel and it got delivered on time. The workmanship was superb, and the staff were very friendly. After my purchase I returned to have an adjustment made to my plinth, and the staff were very accommodating. Will definitely use again in the future.
Brendan is extremely helpful. Beautiful bath panels were delivered as promised. A slight mistake in sizing of an accessory I'd ordered (sealing strips) was dealt with quickly, professionally, and nicely. The products are lovely, craftsmanship is great. I recommend the company!
