Awful company. I never received any confirmation of my order. I telephoned and emailed the company on several occasions and didn't receive any kind of satisfactory reply regarding a possible delivery date for my goods. On my last telephone conversation with the company, the man I was speaking to put the phone down on me when I requested a refund! This is the first time I have had a bad experience purchasing goods online. I will be lodging a complaint via Paypal and then if that doesn't work it's the small claims court as others have mentioned.
This is the first time i have written a review in my life, however, i thought i needed to warn others of astonishingly bad service i have received from Mainly Pine.Over two months ago i ordered and paid for a piece of furniture through Mainly Pine. As i did not receive an email confirmation, I called the office only to be put through to a guy on the end of a crackly mobile phone line. I was promised that my order confirmation would be resent and my order was on its way. Six weeks, several phone calls and much stress later, I have not received my furniture. Regardless of the companies returns policy, I have been refused a refund as it is now over 45 days since I placed my order. Despite not receiving my goods! I have received countless excuses and have neither my purchased item or my money back. To all those looking to purchase from Mainly Pine, PLEASE be very wary. This is not a professional company as the website leads you to believe, these are conmen!

I needed lots of support, storage and beauty, and Oyster bed came through with flying colors! Literally, the color I picked came out perfectly. The quality of construction, solid Pine wood (no filler boards) the design, practicality and the beauty of this bed make it the best I've ever had in my 53 years.
