Will see you standing waiting to be served and look away. When the greet you with alright instead of sorry to keep you waiting, customers get online and find other florists nearby. Another lost sale through poor customer service.
Leaving a one star, but would not even give them that. Brought my daughter a 6 balloon as a treat and literally walked to the end of the sava centre, the balloon was deflating. I took it straight back and the lady examined the balloon and found a small hole in it. The manager then came over and said sorry I can't replace this as you have walked away and didn't even offer to repair it! She was rude and claimed it was my fault (the balloon was on the back of my pushchair). Customer service disgusting and they should have their no returns policy up for customers to see. When I asked to see their no returns details or terms and conditions she told me that she didnt have to show me and they didn't have to have them written down. After arguing they put some tape over the hole and re filled it (after I asked). Won't be coming back. Rude, ignorant and highly unprofessional.
Customer service is shocking!!! Couldn't even walk round to check they had a certain colour of flower in stock while I was on the phone! A 1 minute job that she couldn't be bothered to do! absolutly disgusting phone service! Always buy flowers from here but not anymore such a poor service! So disappointed!!
