Great service. Bought my daughter's first guitar. She's left handed, So they restringed for an additional fiver. They were happy for us to play the instruments in store, while we waited.
First quitar session. Easy to arrange suitable and convenient appointment time. The session went ahead on time. Good quality instruction and pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Not sure if the old male salesperson in this shop is the owner, but I was disgusted with his sarcastic attitude. He basically assumed I wasnt going to buy anything, I intended to purchase guitar strings and a midi lead, but because of his attitude and customer service skills I found shocking, so I left without making a purchase. If you mention online guitar stores he gets very defensive, obviously he cant compete price wise, I recommend guitar guitar, Camden, far better customer service and far better choice of stock.
These guys will sort you out with musicalInstruments and related stuff or point you in the right direction if they can't.Bought leads, pedals, accessaries, a piano, microphone, ukulele, three guitar's over the years and they are all have stood the test of time.They also do my routine service on the guitars. In my opinion its Great to have a face to face music shop when I'm not sure what's the right instrument or accessories for me or my children. All the staff are are very knowledgeable. Oh and they have really experience personable professional music teachers.
