Never hired a vehicle before but after an accident found myself needing one. The staff were really helpful even giving advice/tips outside of their job description from their experiences - something money doesn't buy. Nothing was too much trouble from these friendly people and I would hire another vehicle without question from this branch (i only have experience with this one). I would like to thank Ryan B, Luke C, and especially Dee? who went beyond expectations to resolve my hiring issues to find a suitable solution for me. I got a Hyundai i800 as my hire vehicle. I wanted to make sure the staff got recognised at the Gillingham, Kent branch. They were so friendly, and helpful. I was treated with great care and attention. The manager, (well assume he was manager, staff all turn to him if any queries they cant answer), I wish I had got his name was so friendly and helpful. When I rang to check on a dash board warning light that had come on, he made sure it was ok to keep driving. He is a great ambassador to your company. The other members of the team were super friendly too. Made to feel welcome. Talk you through everything you need to know. I would strongly consider using enterprise again if I needed to hire out a car for any reason. I will be recommending them to my friends and family that may need to hire a car. I may only have used them through an insurer this time, but would use this company again.
