Only place I can get good coffee close to home
Always good customer service and faster than most Costa coffees I have been too (even when busy.) Also today I was served my a Middle Aged blonde lady and she was so happy and friendly it was infectious! Well done costa on the employment front!

I'm on holidays here. You refused to take a 50 pound note even though it was all I had. Your staff said it was company policy. I understand you have to protect against fraud. But you should invest in the equipment to do so instead of refusing legal tender!
Absolutely love Costa my local Costa which I visit almost daily is run by the most amazing team. The customer service is exemplary. Love going there and will continue. Don't change a thing.
