Always good friendly staff, could do with extra staff on busy days.
Usual high quality coffee and friendly service. Only thing is that it is a bit cramped and it can be difficult to get into some of the downstairs seating.
Staff are friendly, professional, and work hard. You have a great team there and they all gel very well together. The store is always clean and tidy and if for whatever reason its not its because they are so busy they dont have time. However, I have never seen this store messy. The British coffee chain. In a place where tea is the standard, the coffee this place offers is still notable. Though the selection of drinks are not as numerous, it still offers enough for every discerning taste. As far as taste, you'd best leave your bias at the door to truly enjoy the unique taste of Costa coffee.
Not a coffee person but meet friends here and had tea. The staff were quick with my order and very polite. I like that it has an upstairs area as its away from coffee smells.
