Amazing service! Especially for waxing
Salon never have an appoinment available. Only have 2 members of staff. And only 1 is actually reserve to do treatments while other is just for walk in eyebrows. They should have a minimum of 3 members of staff to provide the service required specially on saturdays. You will definitely start loosing costumers this way.
My daughter had acrylics done and her eyebrows waxed, she is so happy. Lovely and friendly lady, great service highly recommend
Ive used the salon 2 times and on both occasions it was very poor customer service.1st time was on their late closure Thursdays. I work 6 days most of the week so I thought to use them as all salons are closed on Sundays. They said theyre preparing for closing when I just wanted to do eyebrows. It was only 6:40 and they had no other customers in the shop! The second time no greeting/welcome, left with cuts all over my face, not even giving tissues to wipe off the removed hair from the face or offer any aloe vera/cooling lotion!
