My accountant is quick to respond to emails, always takes time to explain issues in laymen terms that I can understand and his very friendly and professional. Very disappointed with the service.Charges are made and costs are not itemised. All I did was deal with the admin team and not the actual accountant.There was no advise or any proactive attempt made at what can be used for business costs. Take great care on going to them and scrutinise your invoice thoroughly.
